Possibly born in Frane but known as a Beigian illustrator, who liiustrated the Sherlock Holmes and H.G.Wells novels. Did lots of vintage spanking art, and well known for doing men with large cocks! Also some children’s stuff, rude, like boys showing theirs if girls show theirs! Also some dark macabre stuff. He also illustrated the most famous judicial punishment book of them all, ‘Nell in Brideswell.’
