In a riotous game of ‘Pass the Hat’ two teams would battle it out, (no real rules!….anything went!) on stage, and the team with the least number of hats at the end would be soundly spanked on the bare, at the front of the stage, bottoms up, before a loud raucous crowd of women, who would be ardent spanking fans!
