Bullying is an awful thing and in some cases when it goes too far and is evil and nasty, the poor victims can almost feel suicidal. I advocate that a particularly horrid bully is thrashed, without mercy, before her victims, until they say stop. I allow the victims to ridicule or laugh as much as they like. Even to hold the bully in place as I bounce a cane off their buttocks relentlessly. They can say whatever they like until it stops. Afterwards the victims can examine the poor bottom of the bully, even prod and poke as they do so. A bully shows no mercy, neither do I or my staff., and definitely not the victims!
