My spot of bother has got a little worse, but do not worry I am fine, it is a very much loved little family member and also my best friend, (since we sat together at school, aged 11) , who are both having serious health issues.

I am a bit of a soppy old lad, and am more than a little worried, sad and distracted….

So until my mind has settled, my posts will be a little less.
