On the carpet issue I assume you’ve searched a local/community forum for passing on usable items, such as Gumtree or similar?
We abound in charity shops here in my area, and I have a little outlet in an antique centre, so I have managed to get one, and have decided on a few changes, such as a table lamp and a couple more pictures. I am putting the bed over to the left too, and not bothering with a footboard. So the shoot was very useful, thank you again for your help David.
