“I am waiting, and the customers are waiting….apologise, NOW!” Shouted their Manageress feeling very annoyed.

“Oh oh! She is is angry, their bottoms are going to get it alright, come on then you naughty little girls, apologise!” Called the older woman.

“I’m very sorry for being rude.” Said Charlene in almost a whisper.

“And you Kate, come on!”The Manageress uttered briskly.

“I’m very sorry too, I promise I will never be so rude or impertinent again.” Said Kate, a little louder, but with a quaking voice.

“That was nowhere near good enough, we will try again later, and again and again until you get it right! I am not going to stop spanking your naughty bottoms until all three of these good people say they are satisfied.

The older woman smiled smugly, so too did her younger friend. The mystery shopper nodded in agreement.
