In ‘Mood Pictures’ film ‘Lashville – Town of Justice’, another prison style horse is used to birch a number of young offenders, very similar in design to those shown above. Like all Mood Pictures’ films, the film is rather severe/sadistic and not for the faint-hearted!
In the ‘Miss Marchmont’ film ‘Newgate Tail’, a more modern-looking spanking bench is used for a prison flogging:
This film is set in London, in 1895. A young blonde woman is sent to Newgate Prison, where ‘welcome’ and ‘leaving’ floggings are awarded with a cane. On arrival the young lady is taken to the punishment cell, a rather atmospheric dimly-lit, barrelled-roofed room. She is directed to pull off her shift, so that she is left wearing just a black bustier, with no drawers. She is forced to lie down on the flogging horse and her ankles, knees, waist and wrists are strapped down. The guard then lays on 18 full-swing cane strokes.
Another prison punishment scene by ‘Elite Spanking’ showing a young lady being strapped in a ‘diaper position’. She is forced to lie back on a special frame. Her wrists are secured to the back of the frame. Leather cuffs are placed on her ankles and attached to chains which are used to hoist her legs up high, leaving her buttocks and thighs fully exposed and accessible:

A surprising use for a garden wheelbarrow! The ‘birches’ being used on the unfortunate young lady appear to be made from nettles… hence the couple delivering the ‘birching’ are wearing gloves! This illustration comes from a novel called ‘Cinglants Châtiments’, which literally means ‘Stinging punishments’… certainly very appropriate in this case! I can imagine how painful being whipped with nettles might be. The actual birching might not be very painful, but the stings would build and last long after it had been delivered for quite some time and not a dock leaf in sight! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Apparently in C18 several ‘medical practitioners’ suggested that being rubbed or flogged with nettles might be used as a treatment for paralysis – what was called ‘urtication’!

Asa do you have a ‘number register’ that show the total of your followers ?
No….I have on tumblr, and used to have on twitter, my art page does too. But on here it just tells you how many visitors you get every day. I have around 8000 on Tumblr, and used to have 7000 on twitter, I get around 5000 visitors a day on here and my art page combined, so how do you equate that to regular people I do not know, but in my mind I tend to think of it as about half? So maybe 2000 followers on here, so a grand total of around 18000?? I like to see who visits and am more interested where from, its exciting! I thought of ticking all the countries off on a map once, but it would be quite a chore. There is one very regular visitor from Beverley Hills who visits me every day anonomously…I pretend it is Nicole Kidman….masturbating wildly at my work….but it is probably a cleaner in a posh house who lives similar to the rest of us in a normal house not far away!
