This lady is Charlotte’s real life Mummy…

She is strict, and since Charlotte got married, to a lovely man I must say, nothing has changed as regards discipline. Her husband sends her to Mummy on lots of occasions with ‘naughty notes’. It was an agreement made before marriage. Charlotte said she would miss home discipline too much once she left home.

She has been given another note, and she has gone to Mummy’s for tea. After tea, mummy goes up to the spare bedroom, now vacant since Charlotte left home, and now used as ‘The Punishment Room’.

Daddy has gone for his weekly game of snooker, so this has become a regular thing. It is just them two in the house, so they can make as much noise as they like.

“Another one?!?” Says Mummy, as she takes the neatly folded piece of good quality note paper. She saves them all, and writes on the reverse what punishment was given, and a brief account of them.
